It doesn't let me edit my quiz after I've published it, but the source is the CIA website.

Actually, all you have to do is go to Create on the home page, and your quiz(zes) will be on the right, each with the option to edit them.

While you're editing, don't forget to allow the quiz to also accept "US" and "UK," which are the Sporcle conventions. (You can have it accept multiple answers...I think there's a slash involved, if I remember correctly.)

In Singapore, the business language is English, but very few people speak English as a native/first language. 3 quarters speak Chinese, and the next biggest language is Malaysian followed by Tamil.

@Finnoztoffe - wrong. I spent a long time researching Singapore. Yes, 3 quarters speak Chinese as a native language, but Singapore is unique in the world as being a place where people have more than one native language. English is one of them. With that in mind, it is a place where English is spoken as a native language along with others.

How about Malta?

what about Malta? They don't speak English as a first language. They speak Maltese. About 80% have learnt English as a second language. Read the description of my quiz.

furthermore, Malta only has 450 000 people, so even if they spoke English in Malta, it wouldn't make the top 10.
