You forgot Marcus Flint for Slytherin. Also, JK Rowling has said that James wasn't a Seeker; he was a Chaser.

I believe there was a stand in for Draco in book 6 when Slytherin plays Gryffindor. I think they only give his last name, though, which was Harper. Perhaps a bonus answer?
