| This list is rather incomplete, not to mention has some serious spelling issues....
As a pharmacist the antibiotic I dispense most often is amoxYcillin, which should be accepted as a spelling, followed by Flucloxacillin. Likewise we spell Rifampin as Rifampacin. Trimethoprim is dispensed regularly as a seperate entity as well as in conjunction with Sulfamethoxazole, and we often get prescriptions for nitrofurantoin which hasn't made your list, while tetracycline, a multitude of rarely used penicillins etc have, etc..... this is NOT a list of the most commonly used antibiotics, just an incomplete list of random antibiotics |
