	Answer should be Twilight. Harry Potter might not be the best book ever, but it's WAAAAAY better than Twilight. Unlike Stephanie Meyer, J.K. Rowling can actually WRITE.

	Personally I think that the writing style in Harry Potter is very kiddish and the plot is getting loonier each book, but I have added Twilight to the quiz by popular demand/ agreement. However I would like it as a hidden bonus answer; can someone please help me with how to do that?

	Overrated doesn't necessarily mean bad. Harry Potter isn't bad, but it really isn't great enough to warrant the huge amount of quizzes here let alone being the most sold book series of all time.

	Yeesh, you people are proof that Harry Potter is overrated. The creator never once said that it was a bad series, yet you all were so quick to defend it like it was a sacred, literary masterpiece. It's a fun read, but I agree that it's overrated. If you don't believe me, take a good look at the top 10 user-created quizzes in the Literature section.

	Yea literature is dominated by "WHO IS EDWARDS BEST FRIEND!!!" "Name the prominent members of the slytherin house!!" "Name the quidditch players!!" Well what happened to "name the kids on the island in lord of the flies" "Name books written by George Orwell" What happened to these quizzes? I don't play literature much anymore, since I can't find a non-harry potter/twilight quiz without seeing 10 other harry potter/twilight quizzes

	Quizzes should be objective and made up of facts. Why should anyone give a **** if you think Harry Potter is overrated or that Twilight sucks? If it's your opinion that HP's overrated, then go blog about it or whine about it to your 9-12 year old friends at school. Only someone that age would ever make such an idiotic "quiz" in the first place.

	@jb90, you have no concrete evidence in any part of your comment. I'm merely trying to provide some controversey to people who clearly need to open their minds just a tad. When I was in school (notice the past tense) we were reading things like the Invisible Man and Treasure Island before the fourth grade, If I think education has degraded a little bit you can see why, unless you are of the aforementioned close-minded people.

	@hiho: apart from the age thing, my point stands. You shouldn't make quizzes which are subjective (to quote your hint, "I personally believe... etc"). You may think I'm overreacting, but it's one thing to post in the comments about a HP quiz that you think HP is overrated (a place I think would be a perfect outlet for such feelings) and another thing to make a quiz about it. See, when you make a quiz about your opinion/belief on Sporcle, you are basically saying there is a correct answer to how one views HP and twilight: ie if you don't think HP is overrated or if you like twilight, you're WRONG. Whether or not you're that really conceited doesn't matter, that's how it comes across.

	The literature section is NOT over-rided by Harry Potter and Twilight, the top 15 highest rated happen to be only 2 HP, 0% Twilight. As for the most played, you don't have to add to the count: just don't play them. Quit your complaining.

	@jb90, I under stand; however given that next to all the literature games I see created I still think I'm making a valid point-personal feelings aside. Don't get me wrong I don't burn all Harry Potter books or boycott them or anything; I just don't see how their popularity is justified.
