	French Guiana is part of France, not a territory and is below Cyprus.

	As far as I am aware, davebesag, French Guiana is not a part of Europe.

	I disagree with jb90. Saying France is in Europe is saying that French Guiana isn't part of France. French Guiana is clearly in South America, no-one would dispute that, just like turkey spans continents, so does France. Countries are not the basis of continents.

	French Guiana is not part of Europe. If it was, you'd have to accept the UK as being the southernmost country in Europe due to the Falkland Islands.

	Cyprus is geographically in Asia, despite being culturally European.
