| hero, you're wrong. Greenland is a fully autonomous possession of Denmark's, giving it the same status as (as Time and Tide pointed out) the Falkland Islands. It's not the same as with France, where, for example, French Guiana is part of metropolitan France. Even then, geographically Greenland is part of North America. If you want to suggest that all possessions of a country mark the border of the continent that country is on, it would make Europe by far the largest continent in the world, as it would cover basically the entire globe, from the North Pole to the South Pole and right around the world. The most northern country in Europe is either a) Norway, if you count Svalbard, or Russia. |
