It's the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Out of the 28 members, all but the US and Canada are in Europe. In my opinion, you should also accept certain common abbreviations for words (org, dept, admin, bur, com, fed, corp, nat) - and put those in the directions. Otherwise the typing becomes excessive.

You accept "Veteran Affairs" for "Department of Veterans Affairs," but not "Veterans Affairs?" And yes, it's Atlantic, not American.
