  • *NOTE*: When numbers have same value, numbers are in order of least numerical value. Ex. 155 = 11 (1 + 5 + 5) but 146 = 11 (1 + 4 + 6) also, so 146 would be the answer that comes first because 146 is closer to 1 than 155 is.
