Wow. Terrible. At the very least, you are missing Cameroon, China, Czech Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Iran, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Switzerland, Panama, Poland, Tanzania, Switzerland, Sweden, Ukraine, and Senegal. Other than missing half the countries, good job.

The bottom half of countries was inadvertently cut off. Quiz now reflects every country that has a current player of nationality.

Thank you for making this quiz because it was surprising to learn there's so much geographic diversity in the NBA. You might want to remove Puerto Rico from the list of answers because it's not a sovereign country and isn't considered a country in other Sporcle quizzes, which is probably why (at least at the moment) it's the least-guessed answer. Also, given that the title of the quiz refers to foreign-born players and the NBA is based in the United States, that's probably why (based on current stats) 20% of Sporclers haven't been guessing the United States as an answer; if you want to retain the U.S. as an answer, you should probably remove the term "foreign-born" from the title of the quiz. Just a couple of friendly suggestions.
