	TimeAndTide: George Carlin has a great routine about state mottos. "They run the gamut from "Live Free or Die" to "Famous Potatoes". Somewhere between the two, the truth lies...but I think it is closer to "Famous Potatoes"!"

	Well, in Indiana we tried "First in Business and Employment in the Midwest" and "Hundreds of Illinois Businesses are Relocating Here," but that didn't fit on our plates. So we stuck with the "Crossroads" thing.

	Typed potatoes for Idaho just for kicks, and somehow it was right. By the way, isn't it odd that Ohio is the "Birthplace of Aviation", yet North Carolina is "First in Flight"? I say a battle to the death between the two governors to decide who's right.
