You spelled country wrong in the column. And Steve Nash was born in South Africa. And the US Virgin Islands are part of the United States...you should specify that outlying territories/commonwealths aren't included.

Sad that if Drazen Petrovic had lived, he'd easily be top 10-12 on here.. RIP.

Ginobili's first name is Manu, not Many. Please accept "Yao" for Yao Ming since that's the family name. Also, why does it say top 50?

Yeah, I was just about to comment that myself, burt89. Otherwise, cool quiz. I'm very proud of getting Tom Meschery.

I don't understand the low rating you have received. I enjoyed the obscurity of some of these guys' pasts and that my knowledge of Kiki's and Rolando's birth place was finally necessary.

As per the comment on the main page, I do not like this group's chances against a team of players born in the United States.

Larry Bird is from French Lick. I forget if that's a foreign land or something a hooker charges you an extra twenty for.

Clearly, Darryl Dawkins should be at least a bonus answer, since he was born on the Planet Lovetron.

Luol Deng was not born in South Sudan, unless he's less than 2 years old.

@ packmanwiscy - He was born in Sudan, but is ALSO a UK Citizen. The rules for what people can play for a nation in basketball are somewhat loose. If you are a citizen of a country, you can always play for said country.

@PK9 - that is some faulty logic. By that definition, anybody born in 1782 in Massachusetts wasn't born in America. Also, anybody born in Alaska before 1950's wasn't born in America. So would you call someone born in Alaska in 1948 a Russian?

I was thinking Rodman as well (not of this world), but alas, 6,683 career points, not enough for the top 25.

Tony Parker was technically born in Belgium.
