| I'm from Hong Kong, but that doesn't mean I only know of Martin Yan. My partner is British and knows most the American ones too 'cause they're on the food channels all the time. I don't think this counts as being 'too US-centric'... many of these are renowned chefs regardless (Puck, Lagasse, Bourdain), or they appear on any food channel around the world so long as you have cable. |
