	Really tough quiz, I'm left to wonder if there's a way to look these up or if you have actually traveled to mcdonald's in all of these places.

	Tougher than I expected because of some of the regional choices - only noticed mcArabia after I was certain Middle East had the McShawarma. Shogun and Samurai Burgers may have caused a bit of rage.... Good quiz though, fun concept!

	@Skold and Googlebird: yes, you can get English muffins at breakfast in Australia with Vegemite, jam, etc, in the little catering packs. When my kids were tiny it made a great cheap morning snack if we were out and about.
