	@chriskotx: yup — that’s what’s called the “intrusive r”! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intrusive_r British English is a non-rhotic accent — i.e. r is only pronounced if it precedes a vowel sound, so pairs like tuner/tuna and farther/father are identical for us, unlike in most American accents, where every r is audibly pronounced. But then in a context like “tuner again”, the r is generally pronounced in BrE, since it precedes a vowel… but then by generalisation, we also often apply this in a context like “tuna again”, and pronounce that with an r in the middle. This also has the handy effect of separating the adjacent vowels, which otherwise requires a pause, glottal stop, or similar.
