	Left out Indian Wars because it pretty much took up every president for first hundere years. So stop whining. lol.

	Johnson was not president during the Civil War. Lincoln was assassinated five days after Lee's Surrender that ended the war. Sure there were still some Confederate forces that had not surrendered yet, but for all intensive purposes, the war was over.

	The Korean War continued into Eisenhower's first term. Vietnam really ended under Nixon.

	The US was pretty much out of Vietnam by Ford's time, although you could arguably include him. Korea, however, ended during Eisenhower's first term, on 27 July 1953.

	Yes Korea was on oversite, sorry. Technically it's not over anyway, lol. Civil war I included because yes there were some battles after and I knew there would be comments about it, was just going to do a bonus answer, but everyone would have gotten it when they guessed the first Vietnam president anyway, so just put it on there normal

	sorry tree i searched wartime presidents and it did not show any matches so created it. Yours is a stretch saying vietnam war started during eisenhower I would say. Sure there was some intervention, but is a bit of a stretch for the purposes of a quiz
