European countries starting with "g"...? Can't remember any. Must be some kind of error. Give up? Yes. FAIL!

As well as by first letter it needs to be sorted alphabetically by second letter too so the ones that are the same are grouped...I got quite confused for a while why it wasnt accepting "Rome Italy"..because I was typing it in the "Reykjavik Iceland" box!

same issues as others: 1) some boxes I had spelt right, but then needed to click off and back on (and respell) for the spelling to take 2) the multiple RI and BS options are a bit confusing... also, I think sporcle seems to accept Tirane as the spelling for the Albanian capital. Great quiz though

@lwfc - It's sorted alphabetically by capital. Reykjavik comes before Rome, but Riga comes in between them which is why the R-Is are separated with R-L in between.

It didn't accept Belgrade Serbia and Sofia Bulgaria for me... full of bugs. I still need to work on my European capitals though.

Fun, but it would have been more challenging to force the users to go in order...I just rattled off countries from east to west and found their respective spots on the quiz.

Fantastic quiz! Took ages to work out the other country in Europe beginning with a G ... not quiet awake yet perhaps! I think that perhaps the 'bugs' are to do with people not picking up on the alphabetical order thing and the multiple options; I tried about 73 spellins of Vilnius before I realised that I should have been typing Vaduz in that box! Good fun :o)

Why not accept Berne (as in e.g. The Berne Convention on copyrights) as well as Bern? One's French, I think, and the other German, but those are both official languages of Switzerland, while Bern and Berne are both commonly used in English (unlike, say, Genève or Zürchen). It's not a big deal, though, since it only took about 10 seconds off my time.

Hi, this should accept chishinau for the capital of moldova. Another problem, is that, for example, B,S should count for all three versions. I typed in Bratislava, Slovakia for the first two and it wouldn't accept it.

I agree with koopa08. Being able to switch between spots makes it hardly more than a "Capitals of Europe" quiz.

Just out of curiosity, why the diacriticals on Chisinau? Is that really the only capital city name in Europe with diacriticals? (Honest question, I don't know the answer).

@blairio - the instructions state that the quiz should be done alphabetically. So, with the B,S answers (haha) it should go Belgrade, Bern, then Bratislava.

Great quiz; but I think the alphabetical order makes it too easy. If you did a random order, you could just have the "Rome, Italy" accept both "Rome, Italy," and "Reykjavik, Iceland." If it becomes much harder, add more time.

I also filled in some by thinking of the map, but that made it easier for the rest. I think it's a great idea for a quiz and hope to see ones for other continents, if feasible. A few comments indicate that once again the Sporclitis bug is going around.
