Fine, I'll give you some constructive criticism. Please stop making quizzes that other people have already made.
1) At the top of every page is a search function where you can look for quizzes in terms of how they have been tagged.
2) At the very bottom of the user created page, there is the specialized Google search that will search the entire content of quizzes. You can search by words in the question or words or phrases that you expect to be the clues in the quiz.
3) If you find the quiz has already been made and it is awesome, rate it high and nominate it.
4) If the quiz isn't perfect or has some flaws or is missing some entries, comment on it so that it can become better.
5) There are millions of ideas that haven't been tried, but if you're going to spend an hour making a quiz, please spend 5 minutes before wasting your time seeing if someone already did it.
6) If the quizzes you find are bad and the people don't fix them, then you should post in a comment on your own quiz that these people have made this, but they were missing things, so I'm trying to make a better version or with a different spin on it.
7) And we all face this frustration, where with think of a great idea, and you go and find someone has already done it. It happened three times to me today. And yes, we will all screw up from time to time, and we'll accidentally not find a quiz and make it over again.
As for this quiz, the search page had lots of quizzes about TV hangouts, depending on how you search. You can find that there are 7 quizzes that contain "Cafe Nevosa." There is also a published front-page quiz of naming fictional TV hangouts.

This won't come as a shocker, but I wholeheartedly agree with Sprout. http://www.sporcle.com/games/dldove77/tv_bars That quiz was never published, was much more focused than this one and was created more than a year ago. Don't get discouraged, but trust that Sprout knows what he's talking about.

In all fairness, sprout is dead on with this one, particularly with his second comment. The John725 one has 14 answers in common with yours and the jeopardizzle one has 10 in common and was contributed only 10 days ago. I don't think you'd be upset except (as you say) for the fact that sprout has commented multiple times on this on your quizzes which, unfortunately, means that this has happened multiple times. Your quiz construction is really very good, but you're leaving yourself open to complaints that you're consistently copying other people's quizzes. I just typed "tv hang out" in the search bar at the top of every sporcle screen and I also got this one: http://www.sporcle.com/games/Chappie/tv_hangouts that was contributed just three weeks ago, is a very long list and contains most of your entries.

The ganging up seems a touch unfair or overkill here, and I imagine it may actually be rather discouraging.
So I will say some of the searches, especially/specifically the one at the game creation screen, aren't perfect and may very well not show up that a quiz has been done before. But that is, I suppose, why there are so many options.
But it's my hypothesis that most of the people who make a repeat quiz are relying on the search at the game creation.

I'll give you that hscer, and I don't mean to gang up on anybody at all, but part of my point was that searching the exact name of this quiz produced a nearly identical quiz that had been contributed just three weeks ago. I've said before that I really like the format and styling of giveupyet's quizzes and I hope that he or she keeps making them. Rather than be discouraging, the hope is to encourage quiz makers to search before making a repeat game.

@Giveupyet: I agree that the search function isn't always the best tool for looking for similar quizzes - if your title or tags use a different word, you're outta luck - and with over 100,000 quizzes, it's not practical to go through every quiz to see if there's something similar.
My suggestion is to not look for quizzes, but for specific clues. For example, how many Sporcle quizzes have an obvious clue for the category, such as "Central Perk"? Then use the Google advanced search to look for "Central Perk" as "exact wording" and "Sporcle.com" as the domain to search within. It comes up with a much more on-target list.

how bout...who cares? giveupyet, if u wanna make a quiz do it. what does it matter if its already been done? very rarely is their original idea on this site anymore, and when there is, its awesome. it doesnt hurt or affect anyone in anyway if ur quizzes are "kind of" the same as others. sprout obviously has nothing better to do. dont let it bother u dude.

I'm just curious, if nothing came up, what exactly were your search terms? As someone else set, typing your exact title into the search function returns one that was just recently made.

King of the Hill would be a cool addition...
