Oh my god. I kept on guessing malta until I thought "you know what, it's probably not even a country" and then I got stuck, forgot about it and gave up. I feel so stupid right now.

Need to change the note to state "Excluding dependent territories and lands outside Europe" since Greenland, Martinique, French Guiana, and Guadeloupe are not dependencies but rather integral parts of Denmark and France respectively.
