	I think you should have as many different states as there are questions; and should shorten the time limit considerably. But it's a good idea for a different species of quiz.

	i included repeated states b/c those are some of the most notable governors and i also wanted to make sure people actually recognized the governors for the states they were from and didnt just enter random US states. @ chocolate, by council refers to the fact that massachusetts had no governor for a short time and actually governed by council

	I think you shouldn't repeat states even if the governors are notable- it's a bit odd.

	Ouch, color scheme. :( Maybe white on blue, if you want to use flag colors? And if there was a council for a period, it by definition wasn't a governorship, so I would swap that out for another one.
