| I love the concept, but I think you need a more solid source. These numbers, which are from the German Agency for Technical Cooperation, are from 1999/2000, so things have changed quite a bit. Also, the GATC didn't even consider all countries -- there are about 50 missing from their research, and obviously not just new ones since 2000. For example, a lot of isolated island nations notorious for having exceptionally expensive gas aren't included on the source. Maybe someone knows of a newer, more comprehensive list that could be used instead? |
