It's Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte. Also Al Aaiun can be spelt a number of ways, incl. Laayoune and El Ayun. How about adding the Netherlands?

Montenegro sort of also (some regard Cetinje, the old historic capital, as having government status or something).

Can you just accept "Kotte" for Sri Lanka's other capital?
