How do I drive from Honolulu to Washington, DC?

Apparently Googlemaps says I kayak to Washington state... interesting. Anyway, good quiz overall.

Good game but I could have used a lot more time.

Maybe one more minute for those of us with clumsy fingers.

Great quiz! I cheated and worked backwards though in order to finish with enough time.

@paulvc: interesting... it used to give directions between N America & Europe, with "swim the Atlantic Ocean" going from (iirc) Boston to somewhere in Co. Kerry. And now it connects Europe and Eastern Asia (via kayak + jetski), but it's lost the Atlantic route. So I can get directions from here in Halifax, NS, Canada, to Lhasa, or to Hobart, but not to go and visit my parents in the UK.
What's actually a bit sad is how, while oceans are no barrier to Google travellers, countries which don't have sufficient data (presumably because their governments are less affluent and/or less open) do. So Europe, eastern Asia, and India are all completely disconnected from each other, and hardly anything international works at all within Africa...

Wow I was convinced that Pittsburgh was the capital of Pennsylvania and kept typing it with different spellings for a minute straight.

I picked off the northeast states first, then went in a big loop from Richmond through all the Atlantic, Gulf and Southwest states. (Montgomery's a little farther than Atlanta, Ctrl+C Ctrl+V ... Jackson's a bit farther, Ctrl+C again ...)

I really want to go live for awhile in DC, and then take all these sweet roadtrips. DC to Boston, that's not a bad day. Albany the next weekend, followed by Raleigh... If I'm pipedreaming, even Denver to DC, in shifts, going 70 mph, you could do it in 24 hours. Wayy too much time in a car though but fun quiz nonetheless

I found it easier to start at the end with Honolulu and Juneau, then guess the rest going up. I did seem to forget West Virginia exists though...

Great idea, great quiz. But 6 minutes really flies by!

Very interesting quiz and great idea.

There was enough time. Good quiz.

Yeah the time isnt liberal at all. I'm no slouch with the states and capitals and time expired on me exactly halfway through. The biggest time waster was typing in Montpelier so many times expecting it to come up and wondering if it was just overlooked or if I knew how to spell it right.. Cant believe Boston is 100 miles closer to DC and Concord 50 miles nearer.

Awesome quiz! But I needed more time. Barely got through half of them with time allotted.

I got up to Charleston and then decided to stop. I live only a couple miles from DC. fail.
