	Fine test, but it would have been better if the Romaji transliteration were added also. And one thing, the Japanese mostly use "Raion", the loanword from English for lion. Shishi is more like those "Chinese Lion Dance" kind of lion, the lion patterns in old artworks.

	Shouldn't some of these be in hiragana as they aren't loanwords from other languages?

	It's kinda like a recent trend to write animal and plant names in katakana. I'd rather write them in kanji, not even hiragana but it's their language :)

	I really like this quiz. A quibble on romaji, chinpanji should also be acceptable for chimpanzee. Also maybe you should accept rakko (sea otter) for otter because you don't specify river otter (or change otter to river otter, and add sea otter because sea otters are adorable)
