| @mrnrjct: With a few rare exceptions, I don't see it as bragging when someone mentions their score. I see it more like saying, "Hey, internet, I took the quiz" and the score is sort of a way of verifying that you took it. I don't know why people get so miffed about it. Even if someone is bragging, so what? Why vote them down if that's all they've got going in life? In other words, basically, my life sucks but every once in awhile I get a good score on Sporcle. Nobody in real life gives a crap about that so it'd be nice to get a pat on the back from my fellow Sporclers. I'm equally willing to admit when I do bad. |
