| I'm sorry but I have to say this quiz is so sloppily conceived and executed as to be impossible. Many of these are individual short stories, and the inclusion therefore of certain short stories and not others is entirely arbitrary (as it's arbitrary on Wikipedia, where you got it from). Also I'm not sure, but I believe "Those Extraordinary Twins" was an abandoned early draft of what eventually became Pudd'nhead Wilson. Which makes that really stupid to have on here. Oh, and besides being a short story, the only time I've encountered the diaries of Adam and Eve, respectively, it was as a single work, The Diary of Adam and Eve. So this quiz is a mess. Have someone who knows his work a little bit re-do it, perhaps featuring major works, fiction and non-fiction (but leaving out collections, as those tend not to be re-published after an author's lifetime, and so would be unfamiliar to everybody). |
