It's known as Yell.com in the UK, and comes from the Yellow Pages (the phone directory) - assuming that's what the Yellow Book Network is referring to (which I've never heard of), Yell.com and Yellow Pages should both be accepted I reckon.

As a Brit - this appears to prove that Napoleon was right when he said we were a nation of shopkeepers. Ebay is higher in UK than in US & Tesco (UK's biggest retailer) is higher than Wal-Mart (US no.1).
