Haha, I haven't seen anyone use the 0.59% one since I was in grade school in like 1994. Glad I guessed it anyway.

Typed in "Google Chrome" and it didn't give it to me. Perhaps we can fix that?

I second Ernest. I also didn't know Netscape was still in existence, but at least I still guessed it.

@puse: I'm with you. I thought Mozilla and Firefox were one web browser not 2 seperate ones. I thought it was called Mozilla Firefox

I think the people who use Internet Explorer are the people who don't know much about computers and just run what's on there originally. I'm personally one of the 0.70% who uses Opera.

Mozilla was the predecessor of FireFox, but is no longer updated by the company. But it IS a seperate browser. No error by the quizmaster here.

Firefox is awesome cause it lets me opt to save my work after IE freezes up my computer and I have restart it the wrong way. It's like a lose-win situation lol.

Ummmmm I use IE....I'm completely unsavvy when it comes to computers! My laptop came with IE and that's what I use. I wouldn't have any idea of how to change or what to change to (I'd only heard on IE and firefox). I'm guessing most IE users are idiot technophobes like me!

@puse, billhune: In this case, Mozilla refers to the Mozilla Suite, an integrated browser/email client/HTML editor/etc. It actually predates Firefox and served as the open source core for Netscape Navigator 6 and 7. It has been released for community development as SeaMonkey.

The IT guy at my job once told me that using IE is like having unprotected sex with the rest of the world. Of course, if 2/3 of the market share is using IE, then we're in a lot of trouble!

Firefox is the current browser the Mozilla company makes. I used to use the browser Mozilla and it makes it much easier to edit web pages with a minimal knowledge of HTML, which is the only thing for which I use it now. And I don't know anyone who still uses IE.

It's good to see that IE's share is down to 66% over the past several years of steady decline. But it's also a shame to see that Chrome is only used by 1.5%. It's a great browser and if you haven't checked it out, now is the time!

Isn't Netscape the name of the company, and Navigator the name of their browser? I tried Navigator and it didn't work, but that should have been the real answer rather than "Netscape".

Mozilla has something called seamonkey (typing that in gives you Mozilla). I also would like to take this time to point out that Internet Explorer is complete garbage.

Obviously I don't know the difference between a web browser and a search engine. I restarted the quiz about four times after entering Google and getting nothing. As it turns out the only one I got was Netscape.

Sadly, I've used all of these at least once... And people actually use the Playstation Web Browser? I tried it a couple times, but it usually just pissed me off. I guess if I bought a keyboard for it, I wouldn't hate it so much.
