All accusations were dropped, remember? Also, I wonder how much of these rumours etc. that people made up solely to get themselves in the limelight or to cash in.
Admittedly, MJ came to appear increasingly bizarre but with a childhood like his plus the subsequent fame, is it any wonder that he struggled to keep his feet on the ground? I believe most people would fail to cope.
I prefer to remember MJ for his two IMO outstanding albums, "Off the wall" and "Thriller". I also hope that he's now found the peace that eluded him for so long.
