Although born In Czechoslovakia Hingis represented Switzerland in the Hopman Cup in 2001, maybe change the tag to Czechoslovakia/Switzerland to clear up any confusion this may cause.

Hingis always played for Switzerland. I love the tennis quizzes! First time in ages that I got all of the correct responses on the first try.

Not a comment on the quiz - but those 11 women have won 121 of 164 available Grand Slams since 1968. Impressive. On the quiz - I think 'Goolagong' ought to be accepted for Ms. Cawley. That was her name when she won - I had no idea of her married name.

Hingis's surname is Martina, not Martinia. Just letting you know.

@ Matthew: It does accept Goolagong. And it did before your comment.

Seems to me the title should be Singles Titles because if you include doubles, Martina Navratilova has tons (54 or something)

Love the tennis quizzes. The time on this one seems long to me, though.

To those commenting on Hingis, agreed that she's naturalized Swiss in the same way that Navratilova is naturalized American. Hingis speaks Czech, and often played doubles with Jana Novotna. Her birth name is Hingisova, but her mom shortened it when they moved to Switzerland.
