	@ ElDavo -- The Texans have had only two seasons without Carr as the starting QB. They have had 5 seasons with him as the starting QB. Obviously he's going to be the team leader no matter how bad he was.

	And another thing, it is pretty amazing that Testaverde leads the Ravens in touchdown passes since he only played in 29 games for the Ravens, but in 1996 he threw 33 touchdowns. Also, Testaverde has not played mostly with the Jets, he has actually played in more games for the Bucs.

	Matt8204: Not only is Luckman still the Bears all-time passing touchdown leader, he has more than double the second place guy. And I agree with "quest" Aaron Brooks was a bit of a shock to me, I thought Archie Manning for sure, turns out he is 5 touchdowns short of Brooks.

	BigFlax: That is a good point, but there actually isn't an error in the quiz. There is an error with the NFL. They count the Browns as a franchise and include the new Browns in those counts. It is like there are actually two different Washington Senators in the MLB, but when the new one was formed after the other one moved to Minnesota, those stats were not counted for the old Washington Senators, but a completely new franchise (which then moved to Texas to become the Rangers)

	@BigFlax - when the Browns left Cleveland, part of the agreement with the league was the franchise left its entire history in Cleveland and the league agreed to return to Cleveland within three years. The Browns were officially on hiatus for those three seasons.

	Ryan, I'm actually surprised that Sonny Jurgensen didn't have the Redskins QB TD record. I forgot that he and George Allen didn't see eye-to-eye and as a result, Billy Kilmer started most of the games late in Jurgensen's career. That probably hurt his numbers.

	Aaron Brooks surprised me, too. I'd have figured Archie Manning or Bobby Herbert was the guy. Either way, Drew Brees should pass it next season or in 2010. The saddest part, for fans of those franchises, is seeing some of the guys who played 40 and 50 years ago still holding down the fort for these teams.

	Biggtone23: There are two different Washington Senators franchises, one of them was part of the league from 1901-1960 and then moved to Minnesota to become the Twins. From 1961-1971 there was another Washington Senators team that then moved to Texas. Just look at the history of the Rangers, they were known as the Washington Senators for 11 seasons. Interesting little fact, the last manager of the Washington Senators...Ted Williams.

	The old Senators are part of Twins history. The newer, short-lived Senators of the '60s are part of Rangers history. But they didn't have much history to note, except for Ted Williams as manager and Frank Howard hitting 500-foot bombs.

	Bosox: Yeah I know that, the old Senators of Walter Johnson took their team history to Minnesota when Griffith moved them. The 1961 expansion Senators who moved to Texas were a seperate entity and have a seperate history. Ted Williams is a manager in Rangers history not Twins, and Johnson is in Twins history not Rangers.

I said that the NEW Washington Senators stats were not counted as part of the OLD Washington Senators records, unlike the Cleveland Browns situation, hence the whole debate.

	ElDavo: You clearly know nothing about football if you think it would be possible that Matt Schaub threw 59 TDs in 2 seasons. Considering his total in 2 years with the Texans isn't even half that. You didn't say it was stunning that David Carr was the starting QB for five seasons, you said it was stunning that he was the Texans all-time leading touchdown passer. Anyone who actually knows a bit about the NFL would automatically pick David Carr since most people know that he was the QB of the team for most of its 7 years of existence. He was their number one overall pick. Duhhhhhhh

	you know, david carr really isn't terrible. in fact, he played really well for the giants last year when he got in the game (i believe against Minnesota). on a different note, i love the suggestion for team hr leaders. really, team leaders for any of the major sports would be awesome.

	@motrain: Yes, you're right. Phillip Rivers and Drew Brees each had 34 TDs this season and Kurt Warner had 30 TDs. FYI for El Davo: Matt Schaub's season high for TDs was this year with 15 (he has 24 total with the Texans).
