Scallop should be hotate, not hotategai.

Hotate and hotategai mean the same thing, so hotategai isn't wrong but hotate should be an alternative answer. Also, buri should be an alternative answer to yellowtail.

i'm missing a few of the popular ones here no ikura, akagai, gari, wasabi, kani, tairagi and fugu isn't really used as sushi nice quiz though

I've never heard of "hotategai" for scallop, just "hotate." I also thought "hirame" was fluke, but I'm just basing this off the Japanese names and English translations used at the market where I work.
