Don't worry about who's been left off! If this game is popular enough, there's plenty of choices for sequels.

Good call on throwing some same-sex (and, in the case of the Elton John clue, more than one sex) clues in there. Keeps everyone on their toes :-)

Only Elizabeth Taylor could be a hint and an answer seperately. I assume she would appear on at least 3 sequels as well.

@ElDavo At least 3 sequels? A whole quiz could easily be devoted to her relationship history.

Anyone who gets them all should really have a long look at themselves.

The story of the Sinatra/Farrow marriage versus the filming of "Rosemary's Baby" is a good one. Google it.

At first I was like, "When was Britney Spears involved with Costanza?"

@Rhys: It's a good thing I missed one then, isn't it? (Elton John, never heard of either person)

When I saw Federline I knew the answer was Britney Spears, but when I saw Jason Alexander I was like "Oh my god!! She married George from Seinfeld!!" But I soon figured out it is some other Jason Alexander.

@Rhys: I got them all in 88 seconds. Not exactly ashamed, but definitely not proud, and wondering what Important Stuff has been pushed out of my brain forever to make way for this crap.

@havlorech, IHateRegistering & Hollywood Leo: I actually considered setting the clue you refer to as "Jason Alexander (not
that
one)"

@joshow, apparently there already is one. Check the description.

I had a brain fart on Elton John's husband - I thought he was the guy Liza Minelli married & I was just spelling her name wrong. @Rhys: I have no shame whatsoever for knowing these.

Funny, I read the clues one at a time and entered "Richard Burton" for the Elizabeth Taylor clue...then found Richard Burton was a clue on the next line! Made that one kinda easy.

I don't know who the answer for the Reynolds / Taylor one is, but I remembered that Debbie Reynolds was Carrie Fisher's mum, put in just the surname and voila! I was quite proud of myself for that one ^_^.

I thought Springsteen was a little bit out of place on this quiz, as it seems like Phillips and Sciafla are mostly famous at this point for being married to Bruce Springsteen (and playing in the E Street Band for Sciafla, I suppose).

I think fisher was still married to Reynolds when he started dating Taylor. To see her today its hard to believe she was once a top sex symbol and a serious actress.

Rhys: Yes,I did get all but one of them. But when I take a long look at myself, I think that while waiting in the dentist's office or supermarket checkout line I can easily find out more than I want to know about Brangelina and the like. The populous cities of Iowa . . . not so much.

I got a laugh when I tried Mia Farrow for hughes/sinatra and she popped up under Sinatra/Allen. Here's a good idea for a sequal. Make it abefore and after type quiz. A lot of famous people have common spouses so you could have the second one listed be the first in the next pair.

I'm proud that I know this, but the Jason Alexander whose was married Britney Spears is NOT the same guy from Seinfeld. This was the childhood friend that she (drukenly) married in Las Vegas & was annulled 2 days later.

@ Rhys: Raises hand proudly, and in only 1:07! I'm very surprised that only 45% have gotten Elizabeth Taylor. When I saw the name of the quiz, I didn't even look at the clues, just typed in "Taylor". I knew she had to be in there somewhere! @cocky: Two-time Academy Award winning actress. In her prime she was stunningly beautiful.

This was a lot of fun - How about a quiz building on the Jason Alexander syndrome - people famous from entirely different walks of life that share the same name. There could be James Stewart (the actor and the football player) - John Glenn (the actor and the astronaut) - you get the idea

Just a nitpick...Legally, an anullment means the marriage never happened. So Alexander and Spears were never actually married and he is not her ex-husband.

@iceman: She wasn't legally married to Heche but that's also true of some of the other couples listed. (Nicholson/Boyle for example.)
