You should make Sucre be an acceptable answer for Bolivia because Bolivia has 2 capitals.

TO nearlyextinct: If one city is to be chosen, it is usually the administrative (executive) capital (which is La Paz). Accordingly, for South Africa it is Pretoria, not Kaapstad (I like this name). TO the author: Please, make also "BrasÃlia" an acceptable form along with "Brasilia".

How come this is the only 4th comment for this game? I rated this game 5 sporcle-logos and named all 12. (again, I am a GeoExpert...)

@Mountleek: Its not Kaapstad. South Africa has three capitals: Pretoria, Cape Town, and Bloementoftein. PRETORIA= ADM/EXEC. CAPE TOWN= LEGISLATIVE. BLOM= JUDICIAL

@GeoExpert: "Kaapstad" is the Afrikaans name for Cape Town. And Bloemfontein is spelled "Bloemfontein."

@Anne13, French Guiana is not a sovereign state, but rather an overseas region of France.

To quote Chapter 1 Article 6 of the Bolivian Constitution "Sucre es la Capital de Bolivia" English translation: Sure is the capital of Bolivia.

La Paz over Sucre? Then The Hague should be the capital of the Netherlands as the government (legislative, executive and judical) has its seat there. But that'd be ridiculous as the capital in every other way is Amsterdam.

I just want to say that I did awful on this quiz, and that's bad news, because I want to do better on the Capitals of the World quiz. I just want to put that out there.

@ che: And translated to French, "Sucre es la Capital de Bolivia" might become "Sugar is the Capital of Bolivia".

the thing that took the longest? remembering the accent code for "o" for "asunción". was it required? of course not. but it made the answer SO much cooler. :D

@lhippocampe: Well, you're more than welcomed and able to try to get them in under a minute. What difference does it really make? I just never get the complaints about "too much time." Do it or don't. What are you trying to prove, anyway?

Wish this quiz and the North America one weren't alphabetical. You always input the same answers in the same order :(

@jimmydoom: You do realize that the answers had to be answered in order (Argentina, Bolivia...), right? That would seem to be the reason for your predicament.

I dont't get why everyone only comments on quizzes just to share their scores. Honestly, no one really cares! I also agree with the "time-adjusting" comments.

This quiz is screwy. It doesn't say anything about them "having to be answered in order", and won't accept a number of correct answers.

I do think there's too much time, I got them all in around 30 seconds, but doesn't really matter ;) At school, I learned South Africa's capital was Cape Town, but they told as it had 4 capitals. But I never heard anything similar about Bolivia :S I've always heard, at school, in TV etc. that La Paz is its capital.
