	i saw at least one skit where tim meadows played alan keyes and chris parnell played john mccain. of course, that was back before the 2000 election.

	Aykroyd should be an alternate for Dole. Also, Armisen's Obama should be on here as well. Robin Williams also played Reagan when he hosted back in the mid 80s.

	I just had a thought - Al Franken portrayed at least one senator (Paul Simon, D-IL) while at SNL. Now that Franken is a senator, I wonder if someone at SNL will do him.
