	Why does it take Milwaukee for Point Place and Pittsburgh for Beaver Falls, but not Denver for Boulder or Los Angeles for Santa Monica? I don't think it should take any of those, but at least be somewhat consistent.

	Other real cities I'd like to see: Cold Case: Philadelphia; Homicide, life on the streets: Baltimore; Good Times: Chicago; Happy Days: Milwaukee. There most be shows based in Dallas, Cincinnati and Providence other than their respective namesakes. Any shows based in Houston that anyone is aware of?

	12/28 - pretty disappointed considering I grew up in the 70's/80's and watched most if not all of these shows at one time or another. Guess I just never paid attention to the cities. Facts of Life though was mentioned in every other sentence.

	For Married With Children, there are two listed addresses that I've come across in the show 1234 (or 9764) Jeopardy Ln., Chicago, IL. SO I'm not sure why it says suburb.

	@pat: Not like it really matters, but the Simpsons does give hints. For example, it's not Springfield, NJ because when they go to the Edison Museum (located in New Jersey) Homer tells Marge he's taking Bart across state lines. Furthermore, I forget the episode, but Homer dismisses something as Michigan's problem now, making it obvious that it's not Springfield, MI. There's a few other hints. Someday I'll catalog them.

	Matt Groening is from Oregon, and some of his characters are named after streets in Portland. Mr. Burns = Burnside Street Reverend Lovejoy = Lovejoy Street and supposedly, the power plant where Homer works was modeled after the recently demolished Trojan Power Plant on the Columbia. But in all honesty, I think Mr. Groening kept it ambiguous. It isn't supposed to be a real place.

	Also magister, their location has been pretty much been ruled out of any state in the U.S., as there was once a map on their wall with all the states crossed out, meaning the ones they were banned from.(and south dakota since "it sucks" as Bart said.)
