	This is probably the hardest quiz in the universe!! I kept expecting some sort of musical scale to be on there as well, major, minor etc.

	Centigrade should be an acceptable alternative to Celsius. Also, there is another scale for objects hitting Earth called the Torino Impact Scale: http://impact.arc.nasa.gov/torino.cfm

	GCS perhaps ought to be accepted for Glasgow Coma Scale, it's what we always call it in hospitals. And for pain, I actually typed 'scale of 1 to 10'. :p

	I think Moment magnitude scale should be excepted for seismic energy, though Richter is better known MMS is acually the scale used by most seismologists.

	Some of these don't make too much sense. "Measure of a newborn baby"? Should probably have the word "health" in there somewhere as I didn't know if it was simply referring to weight or something else. Meanwhile I'm surprised so few got Mercalli, I learnt it in school right alongside Richter.

	Maybe this is nitpicking, but as someone who does research in the social sciences, 'level of agreement in a questionnaire" makes me think of the reliability of the questionnaire -- I tried all manner of statistical terms before giving up. Likert might be better clued as 'how strongly one agrees with items on a questionnaire'.

	Means the same. Celsius is the inventor and centigrade refers to the fact that this scale is based on 100 degrees between freezing- and boilingpoint of water.

	Has anybody ended up somewhere on the Glasgow Coma Scale as a result of a Glasgow Kiss? Sorry if that one doesn't travel! @ Josh - Mohs didn't have a hit in the 80s with "Somebody's watching me".
