I like a lot of Queen's work, but I was stunned by how many songs on the list I'd never heard of! Then again, I wasn't alive when they were huge, so all I have to go on are what they play on the classic rock stations

Super quiz! Everyone should own Greatest Hits I (except for Flash and Body Language). I don't know "I'm In Love With My Car," and maybe that's a good thing? How "Under Pressure" didn't make the first Greatest Hits is one of the great mysteries of all time. Maybe it was Bowie. The world may never know...

I own the first CD and only got 20. I had a feeling I was going to forget a song that even my grandmother would know, and alas, I Want to Break Free.

@ Mr_T: I think Greatest Hits I was released just before Under Presure, at least in the UK.

"Save Me" was Track 14 on the US version, "Body Language" was Track 13. And that was a fantastic quiz

Where's Greatest Hits III? Sure, most of the tracks were remixes, but there were still some other ones such as Princes of the Universe and No-one But You.

Mr. T: 'I'm In Love With My Car' is a Roger Taylor written / sung tune on A Night at the Opera. Check it out. They usually played it live. good tune.

@livfred: It turns out "Princes of the Universe" was on Greatest Hits III. I thought the same thing, since I knew I'd heard it on a Greatest Hits set. I don't know why Greatest Hits III isn't included.

QUEEN is the greatest band in the world if you combine creativity, spontaneity, sheer talent, and theatrics. Great quiz!

Incidentally,
allurbass
(et al.): I had originally prepared "Greatest Hits" and "Greatest Hits II" as separate quizzes, so I presume the Sporcle powers merely combined the two - thereby bypassing "Greatest Hits III".
For completeness' sake, it would be nice, but I & II cover their major hits so that there's not really
much
missing.

Yes! Thank you sporcle for giving Queen some recognition. Freddy Mercury was a towering genius and was a tremendous loss for music, if not the entire world.

My favourite band. I'm glad they finally made a Queen quiz. I suggested to Sporcle they make this one. Now, I wonder if they'll make "Queen Studio Albums"... :)

I literally listened to the first CD twice a day through my childhood, no problems for that one. But where is Brighton Rock??? One of Mays best solos, and that is saying a lot
