| @kevin and raveneli: I forget where I heard it, but it seems that Frey originally had written that book as a novel and his publisher wanted to call it a memoir. Now, Frey is at fault for not putting his foot down for writer's integrity, but reading it as a novel (which I did) proves that it's still an enjoyable read. The story, while hardly truly believable, is still heart-breaking and uplifting, and Frey's style of writing is delightfully punk rock. |
