Can't believe anyone missed any of these countries. They're part of opec.

Indonesia is not currently in the OPEC as of very recently, right? Anyway, that's what it says on wikipedia.

Indonesia has indeed withdrawn from OPEC (end of 2008), and has now been removed from this quiz.

@Antithesis: Also, the Coronation Gulf and, more alarmingly, Lake Victoria.

^ Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries :) (Don't worry, I had to look it up too. No idea why people marked you down for that comment - it's not obvious, the quiz doesn't say anywhere!). So we're looking for countries that export petrol, like Iran. Btw, lol at the colouring in fail of the Baltic Sea, Lake Victoria and Coronation Gulf...looks so weird.

I hate mercator projection maps! They make Greenland look nearly the size of Africa!

Oh no! What happened to the Baltic Sea and Lake Victoria! Things get stranger as it appears from those that the world is freezing over. However, Marajo' Island in Brazil has completely disappeared, suggesting rising sea levels, which suggests melting ice caps (actually happening as we speak) and rising temperatures. Two contradicting disasters what do we do? THE COIN LANDED ON HEADS AND TAILS AT THE SAME TIME! :(

There's such a big drought in the Baltic Sea that it's dried up on that map! It seems that all this oil really has caused global warming :-D

In an oil-driven world, seas and lakes have dried up. Islands have sunken. Borders have disappeared... The world tilts on its axis and plunges over the edge!

saudi arabia does not hate the USA, they merely have differing views on our social tendencies and culture. We don't always agree with Saudi Arabia, but as far as the Middle East is concerned, the Saudis are a neutral and sometimes friendly power.

Good quiz, but I am surprised that there are that many countries so far away from the Arabian oil-rich heartland (namely the ones in Central Africa along with South America). I did miss Kuwait though, how could I?
