	Poor bastards. The sad part is, most of these teams have been around for a long time. The Lions, Cardinals and Saints have all been in existence for at least 40 years. The Jags and Texans are still relatively young, so they have a bit of an excuse. Then again, so do the Browns, because the old Browns (now the Ravens) did win it all in 2000.

	Matt, the Ravens were treated as if they were an expansion team, and the current Browns franchise counts the old Browns as part of their history. So the Browns don't have much of an excuse either.

	NBA teams would be even better still to do. Anywhere between eight and eleven teams have never made the Finals, depending on whether you give credit to the Wizards for the Bullets, the Kings for the Royals, or the Thunder for the Sonics. If you want to talk about teams that have never won, that list expands to either sixteen or eighteen.

	Yeah, they were close a few times in the 80's but lost a couple of heartbreakers to Denver. What's amazing is that the Browns were the NFL's model franchise for a good 20+ years when they first entered the league. They made the Championship Game in each of their first six years of NFL competition and reached the postseason 15 out of 23 seasons from 1950-1972. I think they won four championships also.

	Carl, the new Browns aren't treated like an expansion team. According to the Browns' wikipedia page (which I know isn't a definitive source, but still), "Officially, the National Football League, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens all consider the current Browns team to be a continuation of the team founded in 1946." It's basically as if the Browns just ceased to exist for 5 years, instead of moving to a new city and replacing them with a brand new expansion team. But it's a moot point since the Browns of old or new have never won a title.

	Tom, technically the quiz is still right until the super bowl starts. The quiz is name the teams that have not played in the super bowl. Arizona still has yet to play in a Super Bowl.
