"Alcindor" should probably be accepted for Abdul-Jabbar since he didn't change it until after he left UCLA. Also, not to nitpick, but "Connecticut" is spelled wrong.

You missed Lou Tsioropoulos who played for the 1951 Kentucky team and two Boston Celtics NBA champions.

Tom Thacker won an NCAA title (University of Cincinnati), an NBA title (with the Celtics) and an ABA title (with the Pacers.) Only person to hit that trifecta. Surely he should be an answer. Also: Jamaal Wilkes won titles with both the Warriors and Lakers.

Jabbar/Alcindor also won a title with the Milwaukee Bucks. So that should be listed as well.

I'm surprised that Tsioropoulos isn't the most missed, based on spelling difficulty alone.

The Lakers like picking up local boys, with four UCLA to Laker players. Such homers. Spread your wings Lakers, lol.

You could add Luscious Jackson who was the first player with a college (NAIA) and Pro (Sixers) title as well as an olympic gold medal.
