This one seems to get progressively harder the longer you play it. I guess you start thinking too hard and begin to miss obvious answers.

Ah... I didn't understand what the game was about until I gave up, and now I can't believe I didn't catch on.

interesting. What's a "form factor" or "form feed" though?

the form one was annoying me at first because news fits so perfectly before the first two words

Well, it might be a little 'blue' for Sporcle, but 'blue' does fit for the third-to-last one.

@Mapmaker: true, although I've never heard it used with "ball" in the singular, but I guess some people have quirks...:o)

Once I saw the word "craft" I typed in "Star" and another one lit up. Then "war" worked for that one.

@brianc: "Form factor" is a design term describing the basic physical layout of an object or device (i.e., the iPhone has a very thin form factor). I've never heard of "form feed," though.

love the office space quote on the front page blurb. definitely have to agree with moviedynamic, you tend to overthink the further in you get, and miss such obvious connections.

I looked in two dictionaries, but could not find "form feed" or "warcraft." Can someone explain just what they mean? Is warcraft the belligerent opposite of statecraft?

I have no idea what this quiz is about (maybe I will when I'm sober) but I wanted to come in here and prop sporcle for the Office Space reference.

@NightOwl: I can't give you an exact definition of form feed but I know it has to do with printing. Warcraft is either literally the art or craft of war, or (probably the more common use, although still a little obscure for some) a very popular, very awesome, video game series.

I'm not totally clear on the definition of "form feed," but I remember having that button on our Dot Matrix printer in the 1980s. When you pressed it, it would scroll to the top of the next piece of paper.

Form feed is on every dot matrix printer. It's the button that makes the paper scroll to the right place.

Form feed is not just the button on dot matrix (or other)rinters, it is command issued in programming to start printing at the top of the next page. Where "Line Feed" tells the printer to go to the next line, "Form Feed" tells the printer to go to the next "form" or page. The term goes back quite a few years

Good concept, except some of the clues were a little odd, I wouldn't say it's too hard but U'd like to see another that's a bit more...obvious? I mean, what's "form feed"?
