great quiz, surprisingly difficult on some of them, especially when the first letters are vowels.

Uh, Monopoly doesn't have an Indiana Avenue in it. Can't believe I couldn't think of Bizarro or Matilda. And I couldn't figure out how to spell the star sign Aries. :/ I don't even know what a quarterback is, so that one was a no go, as well. 70% isn't so bad, though.

Indiana Ave. Check the red section between yellows and orange, its right after free parking you can't miss it. Its on your right. (ps. cool quiz) (pps geckomayhem should probably just change his account name and start over he has a lot more -1's headin his way)

I typed in Ares expecting it to work for sign of the zodiac. After it came up for Greek god I couldn't figure out how to spell it the other way.

The Y in Memorial Day is a vowel; Y is only a consonant in the onset. Otherwise, wunderbar.

Very difficult! (for non-americans) A quiz with mispelled words or rearranged letters would be interesting too.

Wow, I even managed to guess the answer to the obligatory American football / baseball question! ^_^ (Why does there have to be a question about American sports on EVERY SINGLE quiz? No one from any other country could possibly know the answer...)

Quit whining. Monopoly is a USA game. Might be a UK version but there are many versions. Some answers are easier for brits (eu and uefa), but you don't hear a lot of crying over them.

I disagree with JayHankEd the Y in Memorial Day is not a vowel the vowel in the word Day is A and the Y is and should be considered a consonant.

It's trivia. If you don't know about American football or other US trivia, either consider it a learning experience or make your own quiz.

MeltedMan,I agree. Monopoly was HANDMADE in the USA, 1000 copies, before it got published. Then it took a while to get over seas. It is an americans game. Not that I disrespect the British, but it seemed ridiculous how much the ywere complaining. And I like the quiz, even thoguh I did terribly. I DID get Aries though.

Stumped by American monopoly, as have only ever played UK which we have in Australia. This is not a complaint, I shall endevour to learn more. I typed Eros, and got Ares for the Greek god. They're somewhat different, and should not be interchangeable.

Isn't the UK in Europe though? When non Americans comment about hockey on games do Americans complain because it is played in Canada as well? The Bills played in Toronto last year for a game, so it is also a North American sport. They play games in Europe as well. Therefore the earlier comment about it being a US sport is incorrect as well. Why don't you correct Chris and insult him unnecessarily too? I remember taking one of the quizzes in which it just asked what country we all were from. It was 60-65% USA, so that's why it is skewed more towards Americans.

There is an r missing from quarterback. @Chris don't forget about Canada...many of us avidly follow 'American' sports and enjoy trivia relating to them so these questions most definitely do not just appeal to Americans.

I'd like to point out that while Eros is not one of the big 12 Olympian gods, it is a pretty important greek god nonetheless, so it's mildly acceptable.
