Always a fan of any quiz with math! Reminds me of timed tests in elementary school...I was probably the only person that actually looked forward to them!

I recognize this isn't the hardest or most original quiz on Sporcle, but I can really see a future for these types of quizzes for commercial purposes.
Ten years ago, parents would pay $20 to get a CD-ROM of first grade math that really didn't amount to much more than is available with this quiz.
Imagine this quiz was available as a test for Second Graders. It could be administered by school teachers and be used to provide either practice or testing of elementary math skills. The scores would be available at once.
Quizzes like my own may be fun, (and I recognize several of you may legitimately disagree with that) but quizzes like
this
are the killer app if the developers of Sporcle want to make big money.

I'd do better if I had a numerical keypad instead of having to use the top number line of my laptop keyboard. My biggest hindrance was finding the right key. (the numbers are generally my one weak spot in speed typing, unless I have the number keypad on the side that desktop keyboards have)

Isn't there some rule that every Sporcle quiz has to have Kryzyryzgistan as one of the answers?

did anyone else play "around the world" with math flashcards back in elementary school? this quiz reminded me of those days. we got pretty competitive back then. math was serious business.

I had to take it five times to get them all in time. I actually did better on the top row number keys than the side number pad; I experimented with both ways. Each time I failed I had some little snafu (usually typing too many numbers and having to waste precious seconds backspacing) that screwed me up just enough. Fun, though.

Yeah I probably could have gotten all these if I had a numeric keypad... the numbers on the top of a keyboard are killer.

great quiz! It's sad that in our society (at least in the USA) we instinctively reach for a calculator for the simplest of math that we should be able to do quickly in our head...

Is it really necessary to post when you get a perfect score? I got a 39/50, and Im a math major...I bet I know a lot more math than you guys who feel the need to brag about your perfect scores.
