So, the USA includes Hawaii and Alaska but not Guam and Puerto Rico; Denmark includes Greenland and should also include the Faroe Islands, which have about 1,000km of coastline, France includes French Guiana but not French Polynesia (which would add another 2,500km); the UK includes Northern Ireland but not the Falklands or Gibraltar. |
