	What's with half of the categories being in alphabetical order and half not? Countries, elements, popes, Bible books, and Bond are, but both sports categories, host cities, and US capitals are not, which is confusing.

	Bob, when doing alphabetical ordering, articles are always omitted for purposes of alphabetizing. Not sure why, but they are.
