Enter the answer for the provided country in the box below... that seems out of place.

Tuning peg shouldn't need to be pluralized to work.

Heh... I don't play guitar and tried this game anyway. After guessing "neck", "strings" and "body" I got stuck, looked at the hole in the middle, and thought, graspingly: "Sound... Hole?" I lol'd when I typed it in for the heck of it and got it right. Nice game.

Strings also shouldn't have to be pluralized to work.

I liked it, although it seems that 'fretboard' should work for 'fingerboard'

there is actually a sound hole on the violin. In fact, there are two - they are also known as "f" holes due to the fact that they are shaped as such.

the machine heads and tuning pegs are completely different things. the machine heads are the metal strips that are screwed into the headstock that you screw the tuning pegs into. the tuning pegs are the plastic (or sometimes metal) knobs that you turn to tune the guitar.

poor, some things are too specific, and there are several names for different parts, also some lines arent clear what they are pointing at, i.e. the strings one, could be fret or neck or fretboard. good idea for a quiz, could be much better with some more work.

"Peg", "pegs", "tuning peg", "pegbox", "peg box", and "table", "top", and "bout" should all work for the respective parts to which they refer.

Whilst the area of the neck upon which the frets are located CAN be a fingerboard, it is more accurately a fretboard, since it has frets. I am glad that you accepted it as an alternative.
