	Pretty interesting quiz- got half, which is actually better than I usually do on the "created by the Facebook community" quizzes. It also never occurred to me that two of my favorite films- "Children of Men" and "Minority Report"- are "near future" films. Go figure.

	can't remember Vanilla Sky being set nearly 100 years later than Minority Report... but then again, the film wasn't too memorable. Oh, and kudos for remembering that Star Wars was set a long time ago etc.

	Barbarella was a futuristic astronaut on a mission to retrieve the evil scientist Durand-Durand (namesake of the similarly named New Wave band, Duran Duran). I've seen claims that the film was set in 40,000, and that it was set in the 41st Century (which would be 4,001 through 4,100). Not sure which is correct, but given the nature of the film, it's possible that both were used!

	Not a good quiz if you don't know anything about SciFi, but at least I still managed to get Rollerball, largely due to my unhealthy man crush on James Caan. But seriously, how is 2001: A Space Odyssey not one of the most guessed? Seems like having the year is a major hint.

	"Any day now" is the clue for Gattaca, one of the best scifi films of all time in my opinion. I wanted to say something else, but I've now forgotten. Oh yeah. Missed Soylent Green cause I spelled it with an 'i'. Bummer. I also somehow missed 12 monkees, another great scifi film. I think the Brad Pitt clue threw me off.
