Wow, I only got 11. So many cities I expected to see on here that weren't. Sarasota, Key West, Fort Myers, Boca Raton, Daytona, Panama City, Pensacola, Kissimmee, Plantation, Cape Canaveral, Naples...

In honor of the state, I was playing shuffleboard and eating dinner at 3:30 p.m. as I answered these cities.

Damn, I live in FL and still couldn't get all 20 - missed #18. A lot of these are going to be impossible to get for most non-Floridians.

As a suggestion for bonus answers, I would include some of the more well-known cities, perhaps Boca Raton, Pensacola, Daytona Beach, Melbourne and Key West.

I've lived in Florida all my life and only got 10 of these. I live in Lakeland and am surprised that is not on the list. I thought we crossed the 100,000 threshold a couple of years ago.

What bothers me is that whenever a user-contributed game comes out, none of the comments say "Nice quiz (name)" I think we should pay more attention to who makes these quizzes and thank him. Good quiz, Booger.

I was born and raised in Florida and I only got 14! I missed three from Broward County that weren't too bad but three of the cities I missed I would have never guessed. This quiz is pretty tough if you are not familiar with the state.

You'd think with all the illegals Miami's population would exceed to at least a million.

What kind of census data are they using here? What constitutes a "city" in Florida must be very specific. I would imagine that the "Largest Metro Areas in Florida" quiz would look a lot different.

@Iceberg: a lot of the suburbs in South Florida (Miami+Ft Lauderdale+West Palm Beach) are independent cities. It's all a giant conglomerate and almost half the cities on this list, 9/20, are in that area.

This would definitely look a lot different if it was by metro population. Sarasota has such small city limits, the vast majority of the area lives in unincorporated Sarasota County.
