What would the 1988 male winner do, if he were here today? I'm sure he'd kick an ass or two!

I thought of adding a Tonya Harding quip. I'm glad no one Beat me to it. This quiz really Knees Harding as a bonus. After that incident, it'll be a long time until I Kerrigan about women's figure skating.

@alex: That or Dorothy Hamill is really famous. This isn't like Abedi Pele being the most gotten on the FIFA 100 quiz; Hamill came to my mind way before Hamilton.

According to wikipedia, it's Evgeni, not Eugeni Plushenko. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evgeni_Plushenko

I think a world champions quiz would be good too. It would include some more familiar skaters (Kwan, ****skaya, Asada, Kim) that may not have won big time.

When Brian Boitano was in the Alps fighting grizzley bears. He used his magical fire breath and saved the maidens fair.

Yeah, the 2006 mens winner is "Evgeni" Plushenko, not "Eugeni." I was wondering why it wouldn't accept my answer!

I couldn't spell lipinski's name for some reason and drew a complete blank on the Russian male winners, though I knew there were a lot. Henie and Grafstrom helped my score a lot. I got 23. I've met Carol Heiss.
